After month of sitting around with little or no communication he decided to change a higher fee than agreed on.His reasoning was it took longer than expected .He has yet to return my calls . He still hasn't filled skill the paper work we had agreed on

I needed assistance in closing out a family member's estate. I live in a different part of the country and there are no other family members left. The deceased family member had a home full of family valuables and antiques that were to be assessed by someone with knowledge in the area of appraisals, sorting out what was of value and approximately how much. We discover, after the fact, that instead, Mr. Bitzer had his college-aged son and his son's buddy sift through antiques/old coins/Civil War items, etc. and decide what to keep for our family or to throw out. There is no telling how many precious family items are gone. His communication is terrible, as is also stated by another reviewer.

Paid retainer in full and my first appimoinent with him for settlement conference and he forgot to show up! ?? Very disappointed and unsatified with his responence's and nothing getting done.

Mr. Bitzer is not a man of his word. My husband and I enlisted his services to file a child support modification. We paid him our retainer fee in full that day. We always had to initiate contact, he never returned phone calls, he was very unprofessional and there has still yet to be a motion filed or anything else on our behalf.
