Although she is tenacious, she is not thorough. Her research is very superficial and inaccurate, which has caused her to lose litigation hearings against non-attorneys. Her court fillings and documents are misleading. They are incorrect in many cases and filled with incorrect information, which causes the judge to rule in the defendants favor. Furthermore, the witnesses that she uses to argue her case are found to be unqualified and disreputable. This has caused additional attorneys expenses because her tenacity pushes her to spend more and more time on a case which causes her fees to become exorbitant. Low Quality and High Price.
