Mr. Carlton was friendly, but we were unsure if we were dealing with him or a secretary from the responses we received, as they would be one-sentence replies, improper grammar, etc. We were shocked that our filing was handwritten and not typed. It was challenging to read, as I would categorize it as chicken scratch. We had to conduct weekly check-ins to get the status of our landlord-tenant dispute case, which took a year and a half. I previously worked as a judicial secretary, so I had some familiarity with legal filings. In one instance, we were sent someone else's case information. I would only recommend his service if you want to do most of the work yourself.

Excellent. Referred to Matthew by a med/mal attorney and so glad I went with his recommendation! I highly recommend him and if ever needed again for a traffic incident or anything else for that matter that he handles, I will be at his doorstep!
