She absolutely favors the parent who pays for the bill. Does not work in child's best interest. She harms children for money. Disgusting "professional"!

You are the devil in person. You are making my families life hell. What is wrong with you? Yes it's true you dont care about the child's well being. You do it for the money. We all hate you. None of the reviews are good. Get a new life...wait I am sure you will mess that up to. You disorganized money sucker hell.??.

I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Susan Gallagher. I retained her to work on a child support modification and custody issue. When we first met, she charged me $800 for an initial consult. She said that she was finishing up one case and was taking a short vacation but would get to work on my case immediately after that. After two months, I had heard nothing so I called Susan. It took another two weeks to get a meeting, and she remembered little about our initial consultation and we had to start over. At that point, she swore and criticized me for the way I had handled past events. I realized then that I had made a mistake and terminated her retainer agreement. After that, she charged me $400 to "copy my file", even though she was instructed not to and was no longer working on my case. She has refused to refund the balance of my retainer for those copying costs. Working with Susan Gallagher was a terrible experience and a waste of money.

I wish I read the reviews prior to hiring her. She overcharges, doesn’t like to be questioned about her fees and very, very disorganized.

I would never recommend Ms. Gallagher to anyone seeking any type of representation. She is all about the money and does not fight for her clients rights. She easily gives in to the other attorney's requests. Her fees are huge. we worked with her for 6 months and she dropped our case without notifying us before she notified the court and the other attorney. Do not waste your time or money. I wish I had checked this site before I gave her our money.

I don't know how this woman sleeps at night.. she is reckless with her client's well-being and does not care at all about the children involved. She has her own agenda and her only aim is to get as much money out of you as possible. Prolongs case to get more money out of you. She wants you to hate and fight with the opposer so that she gets more money. She's an awful human being.

Attorney is unprofessional, unknowledgable of the law and disorganized. As a PTE she is unable to stay neutral or consistent. She is over priced for the poor services she provides. She is in efficient and wasteful of client's money. She creates "work" for herself to bill more time and charge clients more money.

decent job with my family law case until in court my exwife/atty clearly purgered themselvesby directly contradicting what was stated under oath during discovery. wanted Gallagher to point this out to the judge.did not listen. she could have but I was told that G didnt want to risk annoying judge because she may have to be in front of her again some time. result-add6-8 months and $14000 to Ms. G. guaranteed the case would have been thrown out? No.good chance? Yes- judge already frustrated with other party. think she knew this inaction would actually pad her pockets? I like to think not but refusal to negotiate any compromise makes me wonder.more than willing to let me make pmtswhich she calculates at $138 in interest per $150 payment. I miss a payment she adds the "interest" to the amount.make one early doesn't knock down principal.billing confusing. asked her to clarify invoicing and doesn't.(even before my case was over).knows how to enhance profits immensely.my thoughts/opinions.
