My fiance and i brought MR. Hicks a potential medical malpractice case and was told by MR.Hicks that he sent our records to a second lawyer in phoenix for review. After a few weeks i would call o check on their progress and was told by the receptionist the MR. Hick would call me back with an up date witch he never did thru the entire two and a half months he was suppose to be reviewing the case.This when on for two and half month then i called and get irate with the receptionist and had her give me any phone numbers she had for the other lawyer in phoenix. One of the numbers she give me was to a lawyer that never heard of my fiance. The other ones never connected to any one.Deficit to say soon as called Mr. Hicks again with this new info he again give me the run around. With in a few day of confronting MR. Hicks about his ghost attorney he primly decline my fiance's case and will not return her MD.records.It is my belief that he tried to hijack her case she is disable
