Lying worthless slab of skin. Should be disbarred for all the illeagle acts she has commited. Knowingly sends things to wrong address, waits until the day before a hearing to guarantee the other party either misses the court date or is found in default. Missouri Bar association wont do anything about her, other lawyers in town wont deal with her because she gives lawyers a bad name, guess since the legal way of taking care of her fails , just continue to file numerous lawsuits against her and hope that 1 day karma catches up with her and makes her suffer. Cant wait till she dies so we can piss on her grave.

We were fighting on behalf of a family members late mother for family visitation rights. We got pretty much exactly what we wanted, she never charged us more. She's expensive, but is worth every dime when you win. She's good at what she does and can make anyone freeze on the stand.

WONT ANSWER A CALL OR EMAIL!!!! her employees are very rude... uneducated....and LAZY! Don't waste your money. I find all my info on case net no one will contact you to tell you anything you have to do everything yourself.... she also blew through my $2000 really fast and asked for $1000 more and than another $800 all before even going to trial.... she is awesome in the court room but thats when she shows up or gets a court date.

SHE'S HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE HER!!!Worst Customer Service I have seen from her and her employess EVER!!! Her girl even hung up one me when I was questioning why it was taking 3 months to get something done that I was told would only take a few days. Hired her for a simple child support modification. By the time it was done, 1 1/2 years later, the $1,400 she told me it would cost, and I paid for up front, was suddenly $800 more. When I was upset and questioned why it was so much more than I was told, I was threatened with a collection company!!!

I retained Tina several years ago. She then turned around and represented my x in divorce. I was appalled at the c/s I was expected to pay. I went pro se and discovered no c/s Worksheet was ever done as mandated by both federal and state law. When confronted in front of the judge he directed he to get one done! She never did! That is fraud! Also she lied to a federal judge, when I asked her about it she said "well he did not know" I would never hire her to even represent a dog!

Just like all the others have said she charges a high fee and does very little work. Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone to use Mrs. Longnecker.

Like everyone else says she will steal you blind and run away with your money! I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone but my ex! No returned calls no letters nothing. I had one visit with her and that was the free visit she sucked the $2000.00 fee out of me for her future service... HAHA what a sucker I was! I have been requesting a detailed bill for 4 months now and keep getting the same answer "It will be mailed on the 14th" right! Ill be contacting State Barr and Attorney Generals office! Please do not waste your valuable money on Tina Longnecker! I wish i would have read these reviews before hand.

My experience was similar to others. Lots of money spent, lots of waiting with little or not response to my many calls and emails. She cancelled appointments with very little notice and I did most of the leg work. She'll take your retainer and then you'll hear very little from her office until they start asking for more money and then you'll get lots of very rude calls. Terrible customer service.

Terrible terrible terrible. It has taken over a year for this supposed "great" lawyer to do so little as to set up custody and child support for my child. She makes up lies to cover her tracks, she does not contact, she fails to give important information in a detrimental time frame. She has royally screwed me out of my money, and possibly my case with my child's father. I would urge, beyond urge, anyone and everyone NOT to put their future in her hands, with ANY matter.

I was never given an accounting of where my money went and then charged almost 1300 more so I'll be reporting her to the Missouri Bar Association. I was lied to, never contacted, did most of the footwork myself. I knew as much as she seemed to after I did much online research. Come to find out, she was moving her law office out on her own so that's why my divorce took from November 2010 to September 2011. FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY if you want your money's worth. . . . . you'll get screwed over if you use this attorney!!

Mrs. Longnecker is not very precise and you will spend a lot of money for results that the judge would have given you anyway. She made me believe I would win everything if I followed her and I did and I was out a lot of money and very dissapointed. I have had several people tell me the same thing happened to them in there divorce.
