Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney's fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!! I had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying my other bills just so I could come up with the money to pay them. After all this, I haven't even received enough money from the defendant to recoup my attorney's fees (which again I did not get) to break even. I only have a high school education and have never worked in my life, I count on child support to be able to pay for all my bills for my four kids from three different dads. I am now in search of another attorney to sue the second dad so I can finally afford to live comfortably, without having to resort to finding a job.
