Focused on getting your money by leading you to believe he will win and after he gets your money then tells you can not win and acts like he will lay down if you force him to trial. It is a con game to get your money.

I want to strongly recommend Terry J. Flanagan as an attorney based upon my personal experience. I have used Terry on several occasions involving serious matters and he has always come through for me. He is extremely dedicated to his clients and covers every detail of representation whether criminal defense or civil matters. He is always prepared and it is obvious that he is more knowledgeable than the lawyers opposing him and the Judges respect his ability in the courtroom. He keeps you informed as to every step of the proceedings and is extremely aggressive in presenting his clients’ case. In my case he successfully got me out of my difficulties due to his shell in the courtroom. He is the best trial lawyer I have ever seen and treats you like a friend or if you are a relative; I can’t say enough about him and honestly believe he is the best and most honest attorney in our area. I was referred to him by many other people who know him and have used him.

Terry is an awesome lawyer who always has his clients' best interest in mind. He will inform you (phone call or email) with follow-ups and any documentation you may need before the next meeting. I highly recommend Terry and would trust him with any of my legal matters.

A common scheme and plan does exist. I agree totally and suffered the same issues that the other reviewer stated. Bottom line: He just wants your money! Its easier for him to con you than it is for him to fight the government--so he takes your money and then pushes you away or lets you know he WON'T fight if you go to trial. Your better off defending yourself--save your money and hit the law books. HE WILL NOT TRY TO WIN!

refused to advocate for the client more interested in pleases other attorneys. Is rude and disrespectful to his clients expecially women and minorities. Tries to force clients to accept his choice for their cases without any regard for what the client wants. Demands money but refuses to follow thru on the work. Will threaten cleints if they do not accept his will for your case. Comes to court unprepared does not read the clients file or bring the required paper work prepared to court. Tells clients not to come to court then blames them for not coming and uses it against them later if he decided to quit once he has your funds.
