Mr. Halbfish was an honest, hard working man. His law partner at the time I worked with the firm, was the opposite. After I worked with the partner, Mr. Halbfish stepped in and rescued me. He got me my money back and also finished out the work on my case-- and, I might add, with a level of expertise and skill his partner never had. I wound up receiving a fantastic settlement that was more than I could have imagined due to Mr. Halbfish's work and skills. I believe his former law partner was the real person behind the issues others have mentioned. He deserved better than that terrible partner, and I still hold him in the highest regard.

Amazing attorney. Handled my case several years ago and he always returned calls, made calls to keep me updated and informed and also took a lot of personal time to assist me with my concerns. I learned a great deal from. He was always trustworthy and ethical. He was able to push back on bullies trying to collect a debt I never owed and won my cases (settled).

Never calls and right now I cannot locate him, his office phone is disconnected. I have not heard from him in 6 months.

Threw our case, lost our evidence, didn't return any of our property/case items, etc. had many ethical violations that went ignored by officials in our case but other officials outside Middlesex County didn't let it go. Halbfish was suspended in other cases. He had numerous ethical complaints against him in MC & was recently suspended again. JUST GOOGLE his full name: Michael D. Halbfish

Brilliant attorney; office manager is also extremely knowledgeable, unlike the people in many other firms. Mr. Halbfish has come up with some very clever solutions to difficult situations I faced, and each time his advice and work on my behalf has paid off exponentially. He is honest and cares about the little guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
