STAY AWAY from the firm / attorney.
The EEOC’s determination against the company that wrongfully terminated my employment,stated they retaliated against me,and as well, denied a reasonable medical accommodation. Mr. Dansicker talked a good game in the initial consultation so I hired him to represent me in arbitration and or court if necessary.I put total trust in him and told him so.
he took the side of the company several times,told me i was unreasonable when i questioned where my protections were, in a 13-page agreement the company wrote, not him, and after all was done, my concerns have come true and I now have to clean up the mess due to his incompetence / negligence. he didn't even argue the law violations in his communications with the company. i am out money and peace of mind. he also lied to me about his communication with the company.
It seems Mr. Dansicker is only interested in a quick buck and is willing to throw his client under the bus to get that buck.
