I Wouldn't ever recommend him nore use his services.!! I had him for a child custody case and the only time he contacted me was to ask for money. Never made an effort to ask questions or take notes besides the day in court the day of temporary hearing. Never kept his word. Very scared of other laywer. Dumbfounded always seem lost and out of it. Never had it together. Didn't even write the affidavits. Said I had to. So therefore I hired another lawyer who cleaned up the mess he made. HE ONLY WANTS MONEY! He needs to go back to school bc he's not a good laywer he SUCKS!

Represented me for a "Flat Fee" during the Temporary Hearing phase of my divorce proceedings. Appeared to not believe anything I told him. Told me that there was no need for affidavits, then we got blind-sided by misrepresentations contained within the affidavits that my wife submitted. Caught my wife (and attorney) in two big lies at the Temporary Hearing. The judge seemed to jump at one of my ex's lies but Delaney was bullied down by her lawyer even though (proof of truth was available). There's more but thinking about it gets me angry. I was happy to drop his services following the temporary hearing. The only bright spot in Brandon Delaney's "representation" was that his paralegal was nice and seemed competent. I felt that he worked well with my wife's attorney but he didn't work for me. I went pro-se then hired a different attorney and repaired most of the damage, took a year.

Avoid this guy at all costs. He never allowed a child custody case to actually get heard in court; negotiated with the opposing attorney(ies), and routinely surrendered to them. I am absolutely convinced he was taking a kick-back from the other parties in the case--and that he deliberately "threw" the case so we would lose. That's my opinion, and although I can't prove it, that remains my opinion. He was paid thousands of dollars and accomplished NOTHING.

If you are considering Mr. Delaney as an attorney, KEEP LOOKING! We hired him in Jan 2003 to handle a divorce and 2 custody cases. He collected over $15000 by the end and we got NOTHING. None of my cases went to trial. He talked me in to doing other things then coming back to court to be "in a better position" later. He acted intimidated by other attorneys and didn't do anything to help me or my family. I never testified and was never proven "unfit" in a court of law. Now 7+ years later, 2/3 of my children involved have been abused, neglected and abandoned. We aren't allowed any contact with them since Mr. Delaney wouldn't fight for our rights. Definitely a man who should find a different profession! Once, he was reading a "Family Law" book just minutes before going in to the courtroom.

Mr. Delaney won a custody battle us and we are grateful. If not for his work in this the outcome would have been different, of that I am certain. I personally highly recommend him.

this attorney is self seeking, if you hire him, you better be able to pay him more than the opposing side. he is intimidated by aggresive attorneys, and will demand you do as he says. very un-proffesional. with holds evidence, will not keep u informed of your case. very negative and will ask for a portion of your divorce settlement. he lies and is not trust worthy, he never remembers telling you things, he says you must have misunderstood me. is afraid of trials. he does not follow the code of ethics. and says the judge does not care about anything except the bottom dollar at the end of the day. do yourself a favor and skip past him if you see his name.
