I was referred to Dennis Charney by a friend when I decided to purchase a business located in Boise. Dennis took care of everything I needed, putting the contract together, setting up my LLC and having the seller sign the contract. This was all done for me by phone and email, as I was located in California at the time. I highly recommend him for all of your legal needs.

I needed to have a GREAT attorney and I found one in Dennis Charney. I was having issues with trying to get my back surgery approved from insurance. Dennis was right there taking control. It was wonderful. I got my surgery approved with just one letter to the appeals office of the Idaho State Medical Board. And everyone I spoke to about how he got the denials over turned. They told me that they never see that happen. Dennis got it done and in a timely matter. I have recommended him to friends. Dennis has worked with my family with different claims issues and they have all been happy with all he did for them. He was always been there when I even had dumb questions they didn't bother him. He would answer them right away.
