I hired Travis twice and both times I was happy with the results. I hired him several years ago to get custody of my kids. I had a messy divorce and I made it clear to him that time with my kids was my top priority. The whole thing was really difficult for me, but Travis understood how important my kids were to me so he fought hard. He got me the exact amount of time I wanted (I wanted 50/50 and my spouse wanted full custody). He also got me stuff that I didn't even know I was entitled to. I also hired Travis for mine and my new spouse's wills. It was really affordable and he got it done quickly. I didn't have any issues with him that a few reviews said. Also, just a heads up he is no longer at the firm listed here.

This TERRIBLE lawyer's history continues. He overcharged for his terrible services. He made so many promises that were left without accomplishment. He had no drive to make sure that I was represented to the best of his ability. I had to get another lawyer to appeal a judgment. DO NOT USE TRAVIS!!!

He did not respond to emails, generated no motions or documents that I am aware of, deviated from his original quote, and when faced with a difficult situation (evidence of collusion with the Judge) he chose to withdraw rather than deal with the legal challenges this evidence presented. I do not recommend using this attorney.

I would not recommed him for anything! Charges are high and he seems to drag everything out.

The only thing he does with consistency is rip you off for every cent he can! He deliberatly drags the legal process out for his financial gain and could care less of the ramifications it has on you! The worst choice I ever made!

Worst decision I ever made in my entire life was to trust this crook. Always seemed to be preoccupied with other cases and never any contact with me during a 2 year divorce. He took lots of money and delivered absolutely nothing in return.

My dealing with Travis were very unprofessional and cost me my children and money. Throughout the month that I had Mr Bennington represent me, I fired hime after that, his "catch phrase" was relax we have everything under control. This could not be further from the truth. He was under prepaired, pissed off the other attorney and did not even appear himself for the hearing with the judge which he moved in the first place. If you want representation that is honorable, has open communication and represents you with class, Travis Bennington is not your lawyer.
