This man kept me encourage in a breach of contract case. I won the case in civil court and the other party decided to appeal. My attorney filed a counter suit and encourage me that the case was well worth the fight until the very end. Working with a group of Social Security attorneys and judges, I asked questions and was encouraged that they agreed with my attorney, that I had been wrongfully treated in a landlord and tenant case. In civil court, I was awarded the balance of a security deposit of $5000 after a breach of contract. The attorney representing me settled the case for $1000 after I disagreed to pay the other part and totally against my will. At the time, I didn't understand much about a lawsuit and he assured me that no one else would take the case on a contingency. I feel I was misrepresented in this case, but of course I can not prove it. I reluctantly accepted the settlement of $1000.
