I was very unhappy with the type of lawyer Mr David Chefec turned out to be. Not good at returning your calls until maybe a week later. Always not available and in my case he had the case for 3 1/2 months there was a statue of limitations which he was aware of he waited until a month before the statue to tell me there is no case. I felt as a lawyer he handled my case very unprofessional and no concern for me as his client. I would not refer him to anyone as a lawyer.

He has been a good attorney. we go back over 10 years he has taken care of everything that needed to be done.kevin

used hiim for some collection work. failed to show up for court dates, office staff would tell me to go to court when I didn't have to be there. Lost track of some cases completely. one case failed to show up so many times was kicked off calendar and statute of limitations had run so could never refile and had to write off monies owed. One trial that he actually showed up was totally unprepared and not very impressive during cross examination, and that's being kind.
