used hiim for some collection work. failed to show up for court dates, office staff would tell me to go to court when I didn't have to be there. Lost track of some cases completely. one case failed to show up so many times was kicked off calendar and statute of limitations had run so could never refile and had to write off monies owed. One trial that he actually showed up was totally unprepared and not very impressive during cross examination, and that's being kind.
