Mr Committe Could be the worst lawyer to ever set foot in a Florida Court. In 8 years of his representing me in a slam-dunk personal injury case, I had to do research for him, acquire evidence and put a case together because he didn't do it. Committe was ill prepared for trail. At his summation when asked where his notes were, he said he didn't use them, he'd wing it off the top of his head. When we lost and I complained to him about his performance He said that if we got a new trail on appeal I should write the opening and closing statements (his client). What a joke. I read his appeal papers, another joke. No wonder we didn,t get the appeal. Case closed in Oct 2009. In April 2010 I was sued for attorney's fees and costs. I was never even notified about a hearing. I certainly wouldn't have hired Committe to represent me there. I wasn't aware of the Hearing and the huge award against me until January 2013, when a Collection Law Firm called me and asked me how I was going to settle it.

He is not a good trail attorney. Does a poor Summation, off the top of his head, with no notes. Poor preparation. Well,in his defense, he only had 7 years to prepare my case.
