I would have to say the 1st review is right on. After months of "working" with Mr. Bergstrom I have never been provided with the monthly invoice that was discussed/promised in initial consultation as well as the retainer agreement that was signed. I've also been told that the billing "person" is very part time and the office doesn't have access to provide me with a balance/credit. He blatently lied in our inital consultation about how the funds "flow". Have also had issue with a memeber of his office staff (which I found later is his daughter) hence the lack of concern when voicing complaints about professionalism on the staff's behalf. I paid a good chuck of money and got basically nothing in return execpt for condecending language from staff and a few letters. Be very careful and ask lot sof questions. I was left without a lawyer in a very critical time and it ultimately cost me mor money and more importantly valuable time.

Does not return phone calls in timely manner, behind in billing and office is disorderly. Has knowledge, if he would return your call with answers to questions
