It is hard to imagine a more inept and pretentious firm. It must pay its own employees to add sugar-coated reviews. The reality is that if you hire this firm, you are in grave danger not only of losing the case, but of getting sued by the firm for unexpected, unjustified (funny) billing. Stay away from these incompetent ripoffs, or you will regret your naivety.

Not only did they handle every single case that we had, but in court against our landlord he had a strategy, he’s been through it before. He went in like a pit bull and you know just did a great job of negotiating a settlement for us and just did a great job all around.

This is one firm that most definitely knows what it is doing. I have tried several other firms before and was not nearly as successful with them as I was with this firm.

have worked with a lot of law firms on the business side and I think that Adam Leitman Bailey’s attorneys are very creative and strategic in their thinking. I think without a good strategy it’s very hard to win and negotiate a settlement so I think it is an extremely strong skill set that they have both in devising a strategy and negotiating in getting us a successful outcome for that strategy

I have been working with Adam Bailey for over five years now. He has helped me with the most difficult cases. He always won on every deal that I have worked with him and I am a very aggressive broker. I average from 35 to 40 deals a year. I use him on every deal that I can. I highly recommend him to anybody that plans to build a portfolio here in N.Y.C.

I am a Real Estate Owner and Property Manager in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I have been using the law firm of Adam Leitman Bailey and specifically Adam Bailey for about two years now. Adam is highly, highly knowledgeable in all facets of Landlord-Tenant work. On numerous occasions, he has helped me…he has a skill at solving problems before they go to court which is quite important in landlord-tenant work. It frees me up to be at the property and saves up some money. Adam, and his entire firm, is very very highly knowledgeable about all facets of landlord-tenant work, DHCR, HPD problems.
I would highly highly recommend Adam and the rest of his firm for anybody who needed any kind of Landlord-Tenant work, DHCR, ECB or HPD work.

I've had only positive experiences with Adam. He is easy to talk to. He responds to emails. He is knowledgeable and he answers my questions. I've been using him for years and never had a problem. I highly recommend ALB Lawfirm.
