I hired Mr Jordan to represent me during a pool construction claim. My initial meeting with Michael was towards the end of the statue of repose, which Michael never informed me about. He advised me to try resolve case through a letter to contractor and try let them make good on issue. After this failed to bring resolution, Michael put together a plea and filed our case with court. The case was dismissed eventually, the judge ruled that we had missed the deadline for the statue of repose. I asked Michael for a refund of my fees paid since he essentially blew the case. He merely offered me a 50% refund or the opportunity to go to mediation. I countered with a refund offer request of just over 75% to which he said he needed to consult with his attorneys. Additionally, he never kept me updated with my costs, instead he handed me a large bill at the end of my dealings with him.
