Lois Finkelstein has multiple misconducts during her representation as an attorney for me. She breached her duties to advise client honestly and to keep client’s information confidential. She allowed opposing counsel to come in to her office to select and to take away any of my privileged or confidential documents without my prior knowledge and approval, in order to make the case more complicated.
I ask her multiple times in the email and through multiple conversations to give me an estimate on how much the cost could be to settle the case. But she failed to give me an answer. These caused me to pay unnecessary costs to settle the case and resulted in the worst possible outcome.
She charged unreasonable, unnecessary, and duplicated fees. She billed me thousands of dollars for work out of nowhere in order to extinguish my remaining trust balance shortly before settlement. She charged me for work out of nowhere. She is a cheating attorney to avoid.
