Priscilla has represented me for over 27 years in a variety of real estate and estate planning matters - she is top notch - thorough, insightful and responsive. She is a respectful but tough negotiator and has protected my interests in some transactions with particularly difficult parties. And her billing is remarkably reasonable. A great attorney.

I am currently endidng my relationship with her. She is awful. She lies and back pedals and does not do what she has been hired for. Causing my family and I much distress. She does not return phone calls or emails. I honestly don't know how she is in business. I am reporting her to the New Jersey Bar

I hired Priscilla Boggia to represent my elderly mother in the sale of her house. Atty Boggia's conduct and knowledge of the law was exemplary. She was professional, tenacious and kind. Her advice was invaluable on how to deal with an unethical realtor. Her guidance resulted in a smooth closing without any problems. She zealously represented my mother's interests and her ethics are beyond reproach. The only reason I can fathom for an unsatisfactory review is from someone on the opposing side who didn't get his/her way. I am completely satisfied with Atty Boggia's representation and superb work. I highly recommend her services without hesitation.

Priscilla Boggia acted as a property buyer’s attorney. She exhibited poor communication, availability and curiously peculiar requests to the seller’s attorney. Ultimately, she caused a lot of confusion, wasting time and money. She displayed questionable ethics on a verbal agreement by getting what she wanted and changed her story to benefit her position. Instrumental in delaying what should have been an immediate payment transaction to force last minute, late-game decisions. Priscilla inaccurately claimed buyer’s rights to property before the financial transaction was completed. Numerous unacceptable requests, delays and real estate law errors make it appear she is either not well trained or just out of her league. My opinion is that Priscilla Boggia exhibited a lack of understanding towards a common goal and exhibited poor integrity at the conclusion of what turned out to be a painful transaction.
