I have not hired Attorney Borden for my own personal services because I file out of state. But his website is the most complete, candid source of advice for clients on how to deal with every issue divorce could possibly present. I can only conclude from his publications that he truly cares for his clients and is competent and capable of representing their interests.

MR BORDEN MADE MY PROCESS SIMPLE AND QUICK. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYONE SEEKING A UNCONTESTED DIVORCE.

Mr. borden was kind and understanding and most helpful to me. Not having any legal knowledge, he guided me through the process very patiently. he is the prime example of how attorneys should be.

Although Lee's services was a less expensive way for us to accomplish our divorce, there were a few issues durring the process. First, Lee was an hour and 47 minutes late for our appointment. We set up a 3 way conference with some technical difficulties (magic jack will not allow you to connect with the calling feature he uses), but of course the clock was running the entire time. Lee had to stop a few times to talk to his exterminator (clock still ticking). There was a miscalculation in child support that I found which had to be corrected (he didn't charge for that thank goodness). Our meeting went an hour and 21 minutes from the initial start time (again 1 hr 47 min after our apponintment time). As discribed on his website the fee I was charge was $350. None of the other issues were considered but I think all Lawyer's feel thier time is worth $200 and hour but the clients time is nothing. I would recommend Lee, but go through things carefully and quickly. Keep a clock also.

In my opinion, Mr. Borden is an expert at uncontested divorces. I can't speak as to his expertise in other areas of the law. The greatest pro regarding his service is that he has the entire process streamlined so that it takes maybe a grand total of an hour out of your time. The only con is that because the process is so streamlined, there is very little communication needed between the client and Mr. Borden, which leads to a somewhat impersonal representation. Still, it's an excellent value for a no-frills, uncontested divorce.

Lee was extremely helpful to both of us at the most difficult time in our lives. His intelligence and servant attitude were visible from the beginning and throughout the entire process. I can honestly say, he was a blessing. I would highly recommend him to any one going through such a painful time in life.

Mr. Borden's services were outstanding. If you're looking to get a simple, uncontested divorce, this is about the most painless deal around. All of the information you could ever want to know about the process is laid out for you on his website--all you have to do is take the initiative and look. His rates are THE most reasonable and if you do EXACTLY as you are told, follow all instructions and use his website to answer your questions (instead of racking up correspondence fees in the form of emails and calls) you will not pay a single dime over what Mr. Borden promises. I can not rave enough about the informative nature of Mr. Borden's website. My paperwork took a little extra time to get to me and just when I was about ready to contact him (and rack up a fee) to ask him why, I found a section on his site that broke down exactly how long each step takes in a way that satisfied my question. No need for superfluous calls, EVERYTHING IS THERE, you just have to look. Thanks, -jenn

I was very impressed with Lee's professionalism and the value of services provided. It was very convenient to work with him and I loved the fact that we were able to draft the documents online, sign with a notary at my local bank, and send them back to him via mail.

Mr. Borden did an excellent job on my divorce. I wanted something quick, easy, and reasonably priced, and he gave that to me. If you are looking for an uncontested divorce, Lee Borden is your man!
