Mr. Diaz. As he worked on a year and half ago case, While giving the impression that he would defend my dad as he was hired to do, he does not have enough experience to go the trial. The communication was one way in that we asked the questions and he would look up the answers.He did not explaining everything to us regarding the case and didn’t even performed follow ups.Mr. Mark A Diaz recommended us that it would be best to plead guilty and go on probation, which is what, was done and now he is paying a very high price. Now that I’m reading more about the criminal laws and the process, Mr. Mark could advise us better that telling my dad plead guilty, he didn’t want to go the trial at all.after a little more than a year, we are trying to contact him back, but not response, he even tell secretary to refuse call from us.I think he just wanted the money.Be aware of this gentleman, I Do not recommend him at all.Don't spent your money against you.
