This guy is a wheeler dealer who will sell you down the river. He will run up the legal bills, you will hear nothing from him for months and they he will sell you out and settle the case, not in your favor, especially if you are an official of a municipality. If you are an elected or appointed official, BEWARE, he has no interest in doing anything but settling the case and running up legal bills, big legal bills.
