The absolute worst to deal with. Constant lies and no return of phone calls or emails - always "out of town" and kept my original documents and would not return. Looking for a new lawyer and will have to pay fees to go after Craig. WHAT A MESS - Craig himself and his lack of work (or lack thereof)....

He told me he would take my case, but he never did. I called him once a week and asked him if he had a chance to look over my case, but he kept asking me to email it again because he doesn't have it, even though I already emailed it to him like 5 times because he kept saying he can't find it. He never called back when he said he would. He's very unorganized.

I wanted to express a great thanks for all of your time, skill and knowledge on my case. It was a pleasure to see that I was represented by a highly motivated attorney who not only had my best interest in mind but has an extensive knowledge of law.
You made it quite clear that not only are you highly versed in the law but you had a motivation and drive to see that a big firm could not use their influence and illegal tactics to violate consumers rights.
