Kathryn P Barnett is a weak, ineffective lawyer. She strung me along for a year and a half on a social security disability case and in the end I lost. Here is a quote from the judges decision. "The claimants representative has not introduced evidence or advanced an argument supporting a conclusion that any of the claimant's impairments meet or medically equal a listing impairment".
She briefly opened her mouth just once the whole time. All and all she was just there sucking up air and if by chance I would have won it would have been based on my testimony and not on anything she said or done.
