Tries to double charge. The font office has less than desirable phone manners. Mrs. Zawtocki send e-mails and then can't remember what she has received and re asks for the same information. Very unorganized. I'm sure I paid for that too. Above all he is not trustworthy!! Spent a fair amount of money on Mrs. Zawtocki wasting time locating and organizing documents that were not even needed. I figured out this is just another way to buff up the bill. Very disappointed and ripped off, would never use again or recommend. She hasn't produced a thing or gotten any results.
