This Attorney is well known for taking your money and running! You submit your own information, he should be gathering that information from other sources on your behalf and you pay him an exorbitant amount of money for YOUR OWN work! What a deal, huh? AND he will lose each and every case for you! You will speak with him for 5 minutes and pay up! You fight your own battles! Very poor work ethic.

Attorney Paul Felser out of Savanah, GA is in it for the money, not so much for fighting your case. When or lose the case he gets paid. Other attorney’s have a problem Felser’ s charging methods. Other attorneys charge only if they win. The jest is an ethical issue. Attorneys will fight a little bit harder if they have their time and money in the case. I paid Mr. Felser over $7,000.00 and he could not convince DOL that I was injured at work even though the police report and eye witnesses stated I was pushed. I am a disabled veteran. By someone pushing me it aggrieved my preexisting neck injury. Felser stated the system is what it is. How many cases does he win and how many cases does he lose? When I asked Mr. Felser if he would carry my case until the end he said without hesitation NO. I am a disabled veteran and carried him for many months yet he would not carry me through an appeal. Mr. Felser is an insult to the legal profession.
