His fee is 40% of winnings for my lawsuit. He is very bad at communicating. I sent him an email once and it took him a month to send me one back. Now I stick to phone calls, but he is never in the office when I call. Sometimes he calls back... a few days later. I gathered all the necessary documents myself months ago and they still have not gotten together a settlement offer. Neither he nor his legal assistant seems to bother to learn anything about my case.

Promised a phone call and he never called. Was out the rest of the day. Never bothered on a time sensitive matter. Other lawyers in office were out of town and on phone and could not help. Receptionist NOT HELPFUL. Will never contact them again.
