On May 18, 2011, Attorney Donald Carnes concealed that he represented Family Eldercare, Inc. while he was under a court order to represent, a client.
He concealed that the court records revealed that Attorney Amy E Bitter, Patrick Lewis, and Mary Robinson were allegedly in a criminal conspiracy to commit fraud on the court, Perjury, aggravated perjury, defamation of character, obstruction of court visitors, concealment and obstruction of sexual assault complaints, and concealment of violations of court orders.
He concealed that the court records revealed that Amy E Bitter, Patrick Lewis, and Mary Robinson did allegedly commit all the crimes that they conspired to commit.
He stated that he reviewed the court files. Attorney Donald Carnes had a duty to report the evidence that crimes had been committed by Amy E Bitter, Patrick Lewis, and Mary Robinson.
As a consequence of Donald Carnes, alleged acts, alleged felons: Amy E Bitter, Patrick Lewis, and Mary Robinson evaded prosecution
