Mr. Berggren was retained by me in Sept. 2010 for a CH7. For our 1st meeting he was an 1hr late. He explained the delay by telling me about him having to meet his wife who had a flat tire and could not find the jack. So she called AAA but they refused because she had expired tags, so he had to respond. I explained that I was there because my ex-wife ran up massive debt while I was in Iraq. He told me I should not blame my ex since I did give her a Power of Atty while I was gone. I let it go. He then started to quote Bible verse he thought relevent. He told me I would only have to appear in COURT for my final debt dismissal. So I did not attend the required creditor meeting. When I did not show up, Mr. Berggren did not call to ask why. At the new creditor meeting two months later, he tells me his staff forgot to get required paperwork from me. Ditches phone calls. Other than prompty taking my money, I have not got much. If you want a lawyer who gives a damn, this guy ain't it.
