I highly recommend Me. Gardner! He made going through chapter 13 as positive an experience as possible. He had an easy demeanor which puts you at ease immediately, and made sure I understood what to expect. I’ve already recommended him to two folks, one of which was my sister and she had the same positive experience as me.

This firm is the best. They worked with me on the fee and treated me like a human being, when other attorneys I talked to had me crying in their office. I am very type A and they walked me through everything and actually explained what was going on with my bankruptcy. Cannot say enough good things

I agree with the person who gave the good rating for Mr. Gardner, and I don't know what to expect from someone who can't even spell advice!! He can be hard to get in touch with when he is in court, although they took my cellphone away when I walked through the door, so this is not his fault. I did a chapter 13 with his firm, and the IRS was trying to get $30,000 out of me. Mr. Gardner fought and got this reduced to nothing!!! Josh is very nice too, and works with Mr. Gardner. If you can't get in touch with Mr. Gardner, Josh is there to help. The other attorneys in court seemed like a bunch of morons in comparison.

I don't know what this other person who rated Mr. Gardner is talking about. And he does not do divorce, only Bankruptcy. He helped save my house and cars and fought for me all the way. He is always available for an appointment or by email, and his firm has 4 lawyers working on your case instead of some paralegal or secretary. Even so, he was less expensive than some of the firms in Atlanta who talk to you like a dog when you call to ask advice. This was embarrasing to begin with and he made me feel at ease.
