Do not go to Samuel Hayward. I used to work there. He does no work on any of his cases, but has no problem taking your money.

My experience with this attorney Samuel G. Hayward of Adams, Hayward & Welsh is "horrible". I retained him to handle a case for me in April 2009 and he has yet to do anything but make empty promises. I am out of several thousand dollars and he has not even done a single deposition for my case. I have contacted him for my money back which I'm sure I won't get because he's quiet as a mouse right now. I'm feel as though he is waiting for the two years to be up so I can't sue him for negligence. I have contacted the KY Bar . A fat lot of good that does in KY.
