This lawyer and her staff are a joke. Took almost three months and countless phone calls to get my LCM papers. Not to mention she completely sided with my X narcissist even after the lawyer saw her in action and called her out on it. Find a different lawyer if you want results. Don't waist your money here.

The main problem I see is that Shannon spreads herself to thin, biggest benefit is she does actually care. Her office is lacking a true manager, because Shannon tries to where that hat too. This causes the ball to be dropped far too often, and things to be drawn out longer then they should. Choosing to go here is a gamble, because of the price vs. reward. If you are lucky enough to have nothing dropped then you are getting a great lawyer at a budget price. However if you don't win, because of an oversight who cares if it was cheap.

Handled a car accident that insurance was trying to get me to claim 30% fault. We won had no issues. Very professional. Staff was fantastic. Kept in contact.

Do not use this office. If you are looking for an office/attorney who actually does work for their money you aren't going to find it here. The employees don't do anything. Took 5 months to type papers when it would have taken someone else a few weeks. Terrible office!

She is kind and listens to what your needs are. I found the staff to be very nice. She won my case! That didn't cost me as much as others would have charged. Not in it for just the money. Shannon really cares about people. I will use her again in the future if need be.

Her office employees are rude Debbie Foltz-Jerauld, Christal Knipp & Sam I think they are very uunprofessional. And it takes forever to complete paper work.
