In my opinion this guy as well as his firm Miller, Griffin & Marks identify you as to your ability to pay 1st then take you on a ride by misleading you and giving you false hope when they should be giving you competent legal advise so that you would be better equipped to make intelligent informed decisions...however you continually hope things will get better that maybe they are saving the best for your day in court only to find out that you had misplaced your trust in a law firm that totally botches your claim to damages by coming to court unprepared, utilizing experts that have no credentials, looking at their watch like they had somewhere else to be and telling you how exhausted they are and how painful it is to watch their expert witness blow up on the stand under cross.... then you get their final billing! Oh my....
