Did not ask why my competent mother was not called by the state to testify in her behalf. Did not ask why the proof was not put before her by WA state. Relied on emotional garbage as the "truth" without finding of fact that could have, and should have, been presented. She could have postponed this "hearing" until the state got its act together. Judge? I think not...emotions do not belong in this situation.
