McKinney was negligent in filing paperwork on time. As a result of his negligence my case was thrown out. Check out http://www.clerk.co.montgomery.oh.us/... and search for Charles McKinney. Several of his previous clients have filed lawsuites against him for negligence. Stay away if you want your case tried on the merits of the case and not to get thrown out by his inability to file the correct paperwork on time.
