Attorney Mitchell can talk the talk but can and does NOT walk the walk!! Seriously, he explains the laws and he does take the time to answer questions ( when u FINALLY get ahold of him). It's extremely unprofessional to blow off clients in need. Very affordable but no wonder right!?vv lCan NOT be trusted to follow through and to do what he says he will do. He says he has a plan to do one thing and then court day comes and he he CHOKES does another!! He is NOT aggressive not assertivegace me misinformation which contradicted the information he gave at our meeting 3 days prior to this. Acted confused and and then when I nicely called him on it... He was condescending, rude and verbally abusive! And the worst part is that he gave me WRONG information that contradicted what he said 3 days prior to this. He needs to retire Bc it is not safe to have ur life and future in his hands. Jekyll and hide and insulted MY intelligence when in reality he was the fool! Lol

There are times when he handles an estate. when it is all over, him or one of his friends, gets some or all of the estate's property and money. And there have been people that he has won law sues for, that has never been paid, but he got all the money. and so on and so on!
