Dan did a good job on my bankruptcy. He was personable and clear in his explanations. I felt comfortable confiding in him. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about,I found him a good value and a good lawyer. My case went through no problem.

Money hungry. Will stretch and delay just to rack up billing. Need's to "research" everything forever, charging you exhorbitant fees for research time. Research is basically useless. You may win with him, but he'll bankrupt you.
