This attorney's main goal is to have you settle regardless of any facts. David Page kept advising me to settle regardless of my wants, needs, and the facts. I think this enables him to quickly move on to his next "Client". After consulting two other attorneys did I learn that Page should have advised me to go to trial because I had the upper hand and neither attorney could figure out why Page would advise me to settle. I didn't understand the legal system, but I had to learn to try and fix my life, and at the time I was poorly advised for my $4k. Also, I was advised by David Page that I would have no problems getting future jobs...I can't get employment anywhere for years now! I referred him to three of my friends for various disciplines of law before I felt the fallout of my decisions to use this lawyer. None are happy, and none of them would use him again. Using this attorney was the biggest mistake of my life!
