Please note that Attorney David R. Lipka was really there for me from start to finish as I had to suddenly wade through the nightmare of doing legal things in regard to taking care of my loved one who fell ill in the prime of his productive life. I could not have done all the paperwork from the Power of Attorney, including the Medical Power of Attorney which allowed me to make medical decisions for my loved one as my spouse became too incapacitated to make decisions on his own, plus the fact that he could no longer speak. Thanks to Atty. Lipka I found that he was the right lawyer at the right time!! He spared me from the overwhelming legal tasks which I was unable to do and too exhausted from caretaking to even think about!!
