Mr. Cooper took my case. Sat on it. Missed the file date. I had to pull teeth to get any communication. Because my suit wasn't worth enough money for any other Lawyer to get excited about suing him for malpractice. He then wrote me a personnel check for what he decided my case was worth,then paid himself out of the moneys owed to me. He may be a good lawyer for you but I wouldn't never recommend someone who missed a file date. It is malpractice and there is nothing I can do about it. Good luck with him.
