Dishonest & sneaky. He makes deals with Real Estate Brokers to push them to hire him for kickbacks or favours . He then worms himself into their other affairs to continue bad legal advice.

This is from the point of a law school at University of Ottawa. Final was absolutely unfair and crazy tough marker. Avoid this dude at all cost.

He has to do research = $. He has to ask other attorneys in his office for advice so I was billed for 2 attorneys at a time. He gave vague answers and dragged on my case on and on and on at great cost.

Charming, but be careful to follow good business practise of establishing price for Wills and services prior to committing.

Ted Mann has given my husband and me superlative advice on our wills and situations which have a direct impact on them. He is knowledgable, diligent, kind and best of all, he is upfront and "says it like it is" and does not pull any punches. He is honest and forthright and I can certainly say I have never met a better representative of the legal community than Ted Mann. He has an unparalled sense of humour and a quick wit. He is charming and to me, an ideal person to discuss one of life's not so pleasant issues. He will freely give advice on other areas of law, always with the caution that he is not an expert in that field. He knows a wealth of other legal experts who may better serve you in a particular area than he can, and does not hesitate to say so. All in all a top notch lawyer and a great guy!! We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nice guy. Cares if your gay. Otherwise out of luck for good counsel. Partners in firm aren't as solid as him. Bad combo. Go elsewhere.
