I have met "top Arizona lawyers" but Phillip is the best of the best and I would not change him for nothing in the world. The top you can ever find in this state. High standards of ethics, highly qualified and fully invested in your case. I have hired him for different problems. You need to have him as your personal lawyer at all times of your life. I dont know what my life would have been without him. mp
