My name is Gerald Aftem, I own ALD, with land on the Missouri River, dating back to 1738. I hired Tammy when my other attorney in their office recommended her to me, paid a deposit, and after several months she said she was to busy and was handing me off to another attorney in their offices, but a different city, later he was moved to same office right next door, emails show he was getting advice from her and passing it on to me. problem was she was now working for a group set up by state of ND to supply my water to cities using my plan. cutting me out trying to say my water ownership was instead water rights , knowing full well it was not, proof of this is state loans given them as well laws passed to try to stop me from using my water, I believe they were passing private information on to them, either way this is a major conflict on information, can't work for both sides, Never trust them !
