I am expressing my opinion about Jansen and associates. Ms. Molly Jansen is a
Superb representation of process and accountability. She has more than accommodated
Me in several legal processes with results that fit the situation. We all have Situations and must be accountable for our actions. Ms. Jansen's experience and Reputation will always be the main reason why I always turn to her for my Legal professional needs. One of her greatest elements is communication.
I’m a neurotic person and I can say with confidence that she puts my Anxiety at ease, which is much needed in legal processes. I Highly recommended.

Molly Jansen was excellent! She handled the disposition of my case perfectly. My case has various complexities with many moving parts. Molly grasped all the facets of my case extraordinarily fast. Molly also educated other lawyers about my case, and she even assisted with out of state components. Molly was a great and lucky find.

Atty. Jansen is a very professional lawyer. I was arrested for a DUI and she had it reduced to a reckless driving ticket. She has a wonderful support staff of other lawyers and assistants . My family and I would like to thanks her again for the awesome job she did for us. Thanks again.

I hired Molly to represent me in a case while still a minor. She was very professional and very clear about the client/attorney relationship with both my parents and me. She told me exactly what my options were and kept me informed every step of the process. She always responded to my questions. In the end, my case was dismissed which was the outcome I wanted. I found Molly thru AVVO as I had asked a question. I messaged Molly on AVVO and she responded quickly. I called Molly and told her about my case. I was quoted a price and saved for s few months. Thru me saving Molly stayed in contact with me. We did our Contract and she started on my case that next day. A tad over a month my case got dismissed. Her team stayed in contact with me each step of the way. When something new came up if it wasn't one person it was 2 people calling me letting me know what was going on with my case. I am glad I did not even have to leave the state I am in to go back to CO as I had dreaded going back. I do not see how any one could say anything bad. I am not saying that just because my case was dismissed. Even if my case was not I would have still left a 5 star review because the Jasen Team did what I hired them to do. That was fight for me. Molly Jansen was a beacon of hope when my options appeared to be limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible.
I worked with two lawyers prior to hiring Molly for my defense case. They had primed me to believe that had I decided to proceed to trial, I’d be found guilty and the punishment would be much worse than if I took the plea. Either way, I was told to prepare for some jail time. I was filled with fear as I am a single mother of two young children and the thought of going to jail simply crushed me. HI had a DWAI, my second offense. Molly returned contact within 24 hours to hear my situation. I gave her every detail I could remember. No lies. She told me how things would go every step of the way. She even adjusted her schedule a few times within reason, to keep our meetings from affecting my job. Not once did I feel unsure of the actions we took. In my event, the situation was against me due to a fill-in DA, a hard Judge, and not being offered any deal for over 4 months. We were about to take the case to trial and Molly had struck an unheard-of deal with the DA.
Later, I ended up in the doghouse with probation. They were trying to revoke my deal. Molly and Jansenlegal was able to represent me and my actions to the court and squash the revocation before it started. I hired Molly Jansen to defend me in a case where I was accused of being in possession of dangerous dogs. She promptly began negotiations with the district attorney, engaged in due diligence in researching the scene and potential defenses. The end result was the full release of my dogs and no mark on my record within 3 months of the initial charge I was incredibly pleased with the prompt result, the lack of permanent record and the return of my animals. I have since used Molly to negotiate a civil settlement over a dispute with a contractor. Again, she promptly obtained the result I sought with full resolution in a matter of weeks. She is prompt, diligent, focused and hardworking. I heartily recommend her legal work.

I've had the opportunity to have Molly defend me in a couple of traffic matters as well as a misdemeanor charge. Every case was settled favorably in my favor. Most were dismissed all together. I was charged with felony menacing with a deadly weapon. Molly Jansen provided me with stellar professional representation. Her acumen in the courtroom far exceeded that of the District Attorney’s. She has a way of building confidence and rapport in the entire courtroom. Her no nonsense approach and knowledge of law was exceptional. I subsequently was found not guilty. If you want an attorney who will sugarcoat things and tell you what you want to hear, then she is not your attorney, she keeps it real. She is a shark the swims in deep water. She knows how to handle her business if you let her do her job.

Molly was straight forward and honest with me the whole time let me know what I was looking at sentencing wise and that she had another attorney that she worked with who would also be working on my case. He was awful out of the three times he showed up to pretrial with me he never once remembered my name or any details about my case, he also missed my DMV hearing and while on the phone with him talking about it he blatantly said "You were going to lose so there was no point in me calling, sorry i was busy in court"! I honestly would have been better off with a public defender! Molly could use better communication skills and drop the awful attorney and she would get a way better review!

WORST experience EVER with a lawyer. She is very un professional. Showed up late for my hearing after I was remanded and sentenced to 5 days in jail. Sent a guy who seemed like she picked up at day labor and put him in a suit. He had no idea what he was saying. She said she would meet with me to discuss my case. I tried calling her. She would never return phone calls or even set up a time to meet to discuss my defense but she could meet me to take my money. Only saw her once after that and I was already in cuffs then. Steer clear of this one unless u LIKE jail.

She's absolutely one of the worst lawyers you could possibly hire. She did absolutely nothing for me except for carry case on for one year. The same scenario as the people above never the same lawyer at a court appearance. Even when she said she was going to be there in person. My blood test was over two hours old and never never used this to my advantage. She told me I was going to be able to keep my drivers license. As a result I am probably going to lose my job in my house thanks Molly Jenson your tops. A big waste of money and time like 5000 dollars. As the joke says what do you call a 1000 lawyers was in the bottom of the sea a good start. Steer clear of this one she's nothing but a month money hungry snake. Just because she's on the radio she is not your friend and she's not there to help you she just want your money.

Molly Jansen appeared at my first hearing, then I never saw her again. I had 5 more appearances and never had the same lawyer appear. One of the lawyers, on the third hearing asked me what the previous lawyers had discussed with the DA (which I was never allowed to enter the office during the DA/lawyer conference)and had no clue what was going on in my case. My lawyers never requested my blood to retest, which I had asked them to do and they assured me they had. When I was sentenced I was asked by the judge whether I would like to do 10 days in jail, or 30 days work release. I asked my lawyer if I could switch my decision once I was able to look at my calendar, he assured me I could... not the case. I ended up serving 4 days in general population and 19 days work release, which I had to pay for and 7 days off for good behavior. Had my lawyer been competent and explained my sentence I would have chosen the other option, which better suited me.Basically I paid $5000 for absolutelynothing

This Lawyer Failed to appear at court after promising she was personally handling my case.She did not inform me she was sending another lawyer to appear.She failed to return my emails and phone calls the week before trial and provided no explanation for her failure to respond or appear. Her associate attorney that did appear (to my surprise and dismay)had previously exploded at me outside the court room during a separate appearance. This was precipitated by my questions to him regarding who would be appearing at my trial.We at that time continued the trial to a later date when she could appear.This same associate also showed willful disrespect in the way he addressed his emails to me.Addressing them "dear Mr.(company Name)". Which is the name of my company and was not at all involved in the case.Her associate also failed to provide me with the aggressive defense she advertises and personally promised to me.All in all this lawyer was terrible if not willfully neglectful of my case.
