No communication is the common theme here. Same in my case, not a complicated divorce, but no updates, follow ups, or other information despite being paid in full, in advance. The paralegal, "Michelle" was less than stellar and simply not worth the money. However, she really thinks that she is all that!

Kevin came recommended by a friend. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!! Does not follow through with what he promises. I strongly would recommend staying away from Delaney, DeMerchant and Heitke. Unless you want to blow your money on NOTHING.

He handled a divorce for mu daughter it dragged on for over a year and cost appox. over $10,000 nothing that was discussed in his office was ever followed through, there was child custody involved as well as domestic violence, I feel he did not perform with the knwoledge and courage he inplied he had. Very Very disapointed, I whave never recommended him or his ovice to anyone and would never. His paralegal is extremly rude and arrogant on your dime.
