Lets be honest here; one thing no lawyer can do is 'unguilty' their client. If you're searching the web for lawyer ratings, chances are, you're in a tough spot and there's a real chance it's because of circumstances that are entirely of your own making. With that said, a good lawyer can effect a favorable outcome, a great lawyer will effect the best possible outcome, even if the outcome in question still has a consequence attached to it. In 2007, I was in a bad spot and hired Alex to handle a Federal case. He got the best possible outcome, given the options that were on the table and available to us. Some (myself included) would argue that he worked a bit of magic. If you're in need of a Criminal Lawyer in Saint Augustine and more specifically, the best criminal lawyer in St Augustine, the Christine Firm is the choice to make. There may be "cheaper" lawyers in Northeast Florida, but there are none "better". This is the firm the other lawyers would hire if their own kid was in trouble.
