We love Lisa, who has become more a family friend than a lawyer. She's helped us on several legal matters and continues to do so! She's a hard working woman and often works overtime into late evenings to take care of her clients. I feel her rates are more than fair. She's tenacious and caring. I couldn't ask for a better fit for our needs. We've been seeing her for things for 10+ years now, and I'd hate to have to go to someone else for any aspect of law (even if it wasn't her specialty)!

Lisa is a great attorney. She fought hard for me to get my son. I knew nothing of the whole divorce procedures and do not do well in verbal conflict. She was on top of everything all time, even with all the other cases she was doing at the time. She helped me make sure I could afford everything and get everything done correctly. Thanks Lisa. One thing I know as fact...LISA GODDARD-GIKAS works her ass off 7 days a week! She's extremely intelligent and knows the in's and out's of all types of family-related legal matters. Divorce, CPS, Modifications, establishing parental rights/duties, etc. She dedicates a lot of her free time to helping those clients of hers needing more than most attorney's will allow for. She really, really cares what happens to people involved in active cases and understands just how important it is to get the needed facts and/or documentation so she's got her 'guns' loaded. Choose Lisa if you want to experience an attorney who cares above and beyond the rest. --JH

Due to her failure to respond with an answer to the ag. I have been deemed not the father but still have 28k in back child support. I have called, emailed, text, and left voice messages at her office with no reply for 3 months. She can definitely charge tho.

Yes, it was ridiculously expensive but I Won my case after 9 times of going to court in 10 months and my ex-wife not fighting for our kids or any property. But I think if my ex-wife would've fought with this attorney I wouldn't have gotten my kids. She is a good attorney but not all there. Oh By the way she offers an affordable plan.

Lisa is a horrible attorney! Do NOT hire. I am filing a grievance with the state of TX as it took.her 11 months to get me divorced and it was non contested! She was impossible to get ahold of and the only reason she finally finished her job is because I threatened her with filing a grievance with the board. She also charged me $4000 for this non contested divorce and did not fight for me or my case at all! She never remembered specifics of my case when I did hear from her. She's a complete moron! My ex...who makes 71,000 a year is paying me $100 a month in child support!! Thanks for nothing Lisa. You should find another profession.

In 2011, my wife of 23 years had an affair. I had no knowledge of the divorce process, costs, etc. Lisa came highly recommended and was a godsend. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion great. She provided valuable insight and advice, and helped me reach a very successful split of assets. She made herself available and answered my almost endless questions. She worked at the pace I wanted (slower at first and then I couldn't get finished quick enough). She even stepped in and performed some additional duties at the end of the divorce when my ex-wife flaked out. If I need a lawyer again, I will turn to her without hesitation. She was GREAT! Lisa was very dedicated to helping me with a modification case. I didn't have a lot of money. She arranged a payment plan that was affordable for me to pay. She stayed late in her office with me to accommodate my busy schedule. She cared, remembered names...etc. We settled the case in mediation. I actually consider her a friend and not just my attorney. I gave Lisa a perfect grade due to the fact that she got me custody of my daugher 3 years ago and Im a man. In a world where women get custody the majority of the time she helped me. She went the extra mile to drive to my x's which was 6 hours away to speak with her and her attorney and got the job done. She was very friendly but put her foot down when she had to. I have used her 1 other time and will not use another attorney. I trust her and she is very affordable and worked with me on my payments. Thank you lisa, Todd Winans

She called me and sent me a contract. I signed the contract and paid her in September 2007. She never, ever called me again. I called her dozens of times over six months and was only able to contact her 2 times. I told her assistant Laura that I did NOT want to divorce my wife, I was only interested in attacking the child support declaration made by the state of OK. Nothing ever happened. Finally, I sent her a letter, via snail mail, to tell her that I was firing her. I also asked for my money back. One week later, she filed, with the court, for a divorce on my behalf. This did more damage that help. I sent her another letter telling her that she was fired and asking for my money back. She has never called me and like ALL lawyers, she will NEVER give me my money back. She is a HORRIBLE attorney.
